Sports Day

                    “Sport is an essential element of education”.

Sports day was celebrated in the school premises on 18.03.2023(Saturday). The programme began with lighting the lamp and invocation. Sri R.Nehru, Vice President, Krida Bharathi , North Tamilnadu, Vice President, Tamilnadu Badminton Court Owner Association President, Target Ball Association Tamilnadu ,USA Archery Level-2, Coach President, Smart Sports Academy. Sri.V.Lingeshwaran, B.E, Proprietor -Murugan pack, Kabaddi player, Alumnus GKSVV were the guest of honour .Sri.R.Nehru,Vice President,Krida Bharathi,hoisted the sports flag.         

• In order to develop mental and physical strength the Yoga Asana was performed by III std students, around 120 children participated enthusiastically.
• One of the Martial Arts, the  Wand was  displayed their talent by  class IVstd  around 130  students.
• A folk dance form, the state of Maharashtra the  Lezim , dancers were carried a small musical instrument was  performed by V std students around 150 children.        
• Silambam the Martial Arts, was showcased their talent by the students from UKG-V Std students.
• Events were conducted separately for Grandmother and grandfather around 15 grandparents participated enthusiastically.
